Beamz ICE1800 Low Fog Dry Ice Effect Smoke Machine 1800W Stage DJ Party

Visit for more details! This intricate technology doesn't come at a better price: introducing the 1800W ICE1800 ice fog machine from Beamz, which is designed to produce a heavy ground fog and perform continuously at a professional level. Working similarly to a 'dry ice' effect, this machine will have the floor covered with a reservoir of swirling fog; transforming wedding and disco dance floors to wonderlands and obscuring your venue floor in a settled cloud. This effect boasts versatility with a number of different large or ongoing events, performances and shows, and can spill voluminously over the edge of a stage like a slow-falling waterfall. The ICE1800 has DMX control so it can operate simultaneously with other systems or be coupled with more than one machine. As long as the machine is covered, it will perform in sheltered outside areas, such as large marquees, tents or small outdoor stages. All what you need to fuel this machine is ice cubes and ordinary smoke fluid; then the element within the machine cools the smoke to make it denser, thicker and heavier causing the fog settle at floor-level. Wired remote control is supplied to initiate emission. Follow Us! Facebook: Twitter: Music courtesy of Indivison:

    Giant Dry Ice Bubble Experiment!

Add me on Facebook (click LIKE on Facebook to add me) The song in the video is my latest song. It's available on iTunes and Amazon: Song name: Monolith Amazon: I was inspired by the following video. The first thing I thought when I saw the video is "I wonder if I can make a bigger bubble?" So I gave it a try. I wanted to make my own bubble solution to try and get the strongest possible bubble. It's possible you can get the same results using store bought bubble solution. I used Dawn Dish Detergent 5 tablespoons Glycerin (95%) 4 tablespoons Distilled Water 1 cup Stir it really good but try not to stir up any bubbles. I used 100% cotton for the cloth strip. Dry ice. Be sure to wear gloves when handling the dry ice. It was definitely easier to make a bubble across the smaller bowl. If you try to make a bubble across a large bowl, you may have to try many times until you get lots of the bubble solution coating the edges. In the smaller plastic bowl I used about 2 or 3 pounds of dry ice and filled it with hot water. When you first drop in your dry ice and water, the bubble will form and pop quickly. It also releases the best looking "smoke" After about the 5th bubble, they start taking longer to form but will produce some interesting looking effects. In the large black tub, I used 10 pounds of dry ice and enough hot water to cover the ice. Have fun!

Make Glow Sticks - The Science

We show how to make glow sticks and go through all the chemicals needed as well as how to make different colors. We also talk about the chemistry and scientifically research a proposed mechanism. To make the glow stick mix together the following: 10mL Diethyl Phthalate (solvent) 3mg of fluorescent dye (see below) 50mg TCPO (see below) 100mg sodium acetate 3mL 30% hydrogen peroxide (add last to start reaction) The fluorescent dye can be 9,10-bis(phenylethynyl)anthracene for green, Rubrene for yellow, 9,10-diphenylanthracene for blue, and rhodamine B for red. TCPO is expensive to buy but can be made for much cheaper by following the directions in our previous video: The chemicals, including the ones to make TCPO were purchased from alfa aesar: The Rhodamine B and Rubrene dyes were instead purchased from sigma Aldrich: The dyes and TCPO are carcinogenic and gloves should be worn when handling them. The TCPO and sodium acetate amounts can be varied considerably and still obtain good light. Smaller quantities tend to be dimmer and decay faster, while larger quantities last longer. For those of you higher level individuals that actually do want to know the mechanism for this process, please refer to this article:

What Happens If You Microwave Dry Ice?

Dry ice is solid carbon dioxide. Have you ever wondered what would happen if you microwaved dry ice? Here's your chance to find out, without risking your microwave! First I've compared dry ice in water, in the microwave compared with left out on the countertop. The microwaved dry ice in water is nearly gone after a minute in the microwave because the microwave heated the water, causing the dry ice to sublimate more quickly. Next I compared dry ice on a plate in the microwave to dry ice left on the counter. Although the microwaved plate became very hot, the dry ice was unaffected. The microwaved piece of dry ice and the control piece of dry ice were comparable in terms of shape and size. The reason why dry ice is unaffected by microwaves is because carbon dioxide is a linear molecule with no electrical polarity. The electromagnetic waves given off by the microwave don't really interact with the nonpolar molecule, so nothing happens. Song is "Lanthanum" by Azareal, which you can download from Bandcamp:

A video of two Antari Ice Machines for a show that I designed and lit a few years ago - A Rock 'n' Roll Midsummer Nights Dream. This is two machines running at about 1/4 output so they can run constantly. The fluid used was the Antari Gravity Max, which I personally prefer to the light fog fluid usually used. it was a very nice effect, I love these machines, even if they are a pain to keep topped up with ice and emptying them out each night.

DMX Fogger 3000 Remote Fog Smoke Machine

Visit for more details! The DMX Fogger 3000 from Kool Light is an extremely powerful smoke machine, featuring a 3000 Watt heater radiator and a massive output of approximately 24,720 cubic feet per minute (700 cubic metres per minute). If one of these just isn't enough then there is the option to link multiples of this unit together via DMX for much larger venues, even outdoor. This unit alone would be great for stages, large halls and small clubs. Music produced by DJ R Kaybee.
